STRICT 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

A credit card will be kept on file in case of a no call/no show. If you cannot make it to your appointment, notify me as soon as possible. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on the waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you are subject to a 100% fee of the appointment cancelled. 

NO CALL/NO SHOW

No shows will be charged the full value of the service booked. I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who are on our waiting list. I work by appointment only and charge for the reservation of my time to accommodate you. 

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 15 minutes late, Fire Lash reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellation fee of 100% of service booked, will be charged.

PAYMENT 

All appointments must be paid in full immediately following the service. All payments must be final before leaving Fire Lash. Fire Lash accepts cash and Credit/debit card payments. All Credit/debit card payments will have an additional 3.5% fee added onto the total. No other forms of payment will be accepted. 

Fire Lash reserves the right to turn away clients if we see fit. 

No refunds will be given for any service. If you are unhappy with your lashes, please contact Fire Lash within 72 hours of your appointment.
